Today, I've been on Tysabri (Natalizumab) for 99 doses = 8,25 years! It made my MS (Multiple Sclerosis) - life "boring"! Because for the last 8 years I have been on it, I was told that the MRI pictures show no changes, means no new lesions, which is great! I'm very thankful that Tysabri suits me so well! I appreciate it even more having a look a my MRI pictures, which show the damage of my brain from earlier lesions, before I started with Tysabri. Multiple areas of scar tissue make my brain look like Swiss cheese...Tysabri changed my life :-)

Had a very special birthday yesterday! I was filming a commercial for HEINZ tomato soup. The small cast of 20 people (see pic) were very nice! They all sang Happy Birthday for me 😊 The commercial is set in the winter and we were asked to wear winter clothing! It was snowing on us on 3rd August! A birthday that I will look back to for a long time 👍 😊

Unpacking boxes means time travel finding old pictures! This one shows my family in the year 1977. It shows my grandparents, my parents and one of my sisters, the other one took the picture, I am in the bottom right. 8 years Tysabri - the drug that changed my (MS) life! Today it's 8 years ago (96 doses) that 'my buddy' Tysabri (natalizumab) joined my life. I'm very lucky that we are getting along that well over that many years! Tysabri has been protective and supportive. It is helping to control my unwanted life companion MS (Multiple Sclerosis), which can be very distressing, harmful and unpredictable. My MS drug history goes back 20 years, have had a few, and Tysabri I call a success – it suits me! Hope we will have much more time together!
